  1. An additional surcharge of 30% on the prices listed on our website is added on the following dates: 24, 25, 26 December and a surcharge of 40% on 31st December and 1st January.
  2. We reserve the right to refuse any passenger to our services due to excess luggage.
  3. Abbey Cars London takes no responsibility for delay due to traffic, road works and any other delays out of control.
  4. All passenger pick-ups at any airport are entitled to 45 minutes free waiting time thereafter 20p per minute will apply.

  6. All cash fares are to be paid in British Sterling only.
  7. Passengers are responsible to load and unload their belongings, and we will not accept liability for loss or damage to your luggage.
  8. A booking must be cancelled by the customer within 48 hours from the start period of the journey to qualify for 50% of the fare to be returned.
  9. If a booking is cancelled 24 hours from the start period of the journey, 100% of the fare will be non-refundable.
  10. We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly to process your booking and secondly to provide you with the best possible service.
  11. The type of information we collect are: your name, address, phone number, email address and your credit/debit card details. We will not collect any other sensitive information without your explicit consent. The information we will collect about you will be secure.
  12. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You may check the information we are holding by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or promptly correct it.
  13. If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
  14. Driver will wait at the information desk in the arrivals terminal with passenger name card.
  15. Abbey Cars London maintains a strict non-smoking policy in all its vehicles.
  16. Passengers are responsible for any damages to the exterior/interior of the vehicle and will be billed accordingly for any repair or valeting required in order maintaining a working order.
